Bronzage and Copper hair

BrIMG_2669onzage and Copper hair:

When it comes to addressing a partial Grey hair issue in this case around 30% Natural base level of 7 we don’t have to reach for the N Series and come up with a drab natural shade that covers the Grey but leaves very little vibrancy in shade or tone.

In this recent colour application we did a three step process a back to back application of colours and De-colouriser with final  application of Passion colour to add that extra punch.

Roots 7.43 with 30 vol 9% Mixing ratio 1 part colour to 1.5 x developer. note No Series as used the shade chose has enough pigment or has a calibrated base that allows for this without a worry of poor or thin deposit. The increased developer level allows more oxygen in the lift and pigment development. Product used Techno Fruit Alterego Italy

Having applied the root formulation I now mixed up two products and formulations, for the mid lengths 8.44 with 10 vol 3% and for the ends and to slightly over lap 20 Be blonde De- colouriser/Bleach using the the Bronze glove.

Process/ Application:

I sectioned the underneath out ear to ear this I applied the 8.44 formulation the upper area as follows the ends and slightly into the mid lengths I applied Be Blonde bleach using the Bronze glove to create a soft blend from into the mid lengths once applied the 8,44 was applied on to the mid lengths to blend the roots into the now lighting ends, once applied this was left to process for about 20 to 30 minutes. I advocate watching until you get the desired degree of lift whilst also allowing full process time on the other formulations.

After the lift had be attained in this case i wanted it light but still with a yellow orange undertone allowing me to use the warmth exposed all washed off using  colour care well rinsed no conditioner.

Now the hair was roughly dried and combed out and Passion colormask applied over the lightened area’s agin allowing so freehand over lap process time 20 mins, Finally rinsed really well and the conditioned with Egoliss home system this was left on for 3 to 5 minutes. Final part of the process styling with Egoliss/ Liss control.

Jobs change relationships come and go the one thing that remains after training is our skill both hands on creative and the ones we learn about people and communication about caring about being a team player. Constantly developing new skills staying current is so very important.

I also think that we need to always look at the Why. Ask the question Why are we in business whats it for? Or Why do we want to go into to business what is success? Why do I suggest this I think by asking and exploring the why we get to the motive behind why we want to be in business what is true success.
