My vision is to create stronger communities of learning by inspiring collaboration between salon owners and stylists here in the UK and beyond.

My goal as a salon coach is to work with you as a salon owner/manager to develop your brand and the technical and professional skills of your stylists to achieve success in today’s salon environment.

My approach is to work with you and your stylists to develop your unique salon identity and an environment that encourages openness and creativity leading to greater harmony and financial stability. I believe that takes honesty, mutual respect and having the integrity to listen without judgment. My goal is to help you find answers to questions you have perhaps not yet asked.

Through B2MR’s Salon Consultancy service, I will personally assess all elements of your salon and make sound practical recommendations based on my findings. Best of all, my initial consultation is complimentary with no commitment to continue. Beyond my initial consultation, the process is then structured across a realistic timeframe that works for you. I believe in taking a fully transparent approach to business so publish my rates up front so you know what you might expect.

Do you or your stylists need a skills refresher? B2MR also offers focused Stylist Training support to address your specific needs. Just a few of the technical areas where I can provide expertise and support include basic colour, colour correction, introductory and advanced cutting including freestyle techniques, up-dos and avant-garde looks.
